- Exercise 2 times/day 3-4 minutes, 5-6 times/week
- Hold the plate against the wall with both hands and arms extended (Image right)
- The middle point of the plate must be just above the bridge of the nose and the rubber cord must be taut
- Increase the number of exercises by one exercise a week
- Learn the exercises correctly
- Perform the exercises at a leisurely pace
- Think and feel which muscle groups you activate in the neck

- Non-specific pain in the neck or thoracic spine
- Radiating pain from the neck or thoracic spin
- Those who have spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal) in the neck or thoracic spine.
