USING INSTRUCTIONS 
Start by watching the user video and then perform the following

  • Tuck all hair behind the ears
  • Hold nectarine in front of you
  • Place the neck trainer on the head
  • Put center point above the bridge of the nose and hold with the left hand
  • Start tensioning first strap 1, then 2, then 3 and finally 4 as in the picture 
  • All belts must be properly tensioned!

TRAINING PROGRAM

  1. Lift the chin up and back 3 times
  2. Look upwards diagonally backwards 3 times to the right
  3. Look upwards diagonally backwards 3 times to the left
    Repeat everything 3 times, i.e. in 3 sets i.e

You can adjust the length of the rubber band as needed
To loosen/lighten the belt, lift the metal fitting and then move the belt backwards

RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. Exercise 2 times/day 3-4 minutes, 5-6 times/week
  2. Hold the plate against the wall with both hands and arms extended (stil bild 1)
  3. The middle point of the plate must be just above the bridge of the nose and the rubber cord must be taut
  4. Increase the number of exercises by one exercise a week
  5. Learn the exercises correctly
  6. Perform the exercises at a leisurely pace
  7. Think and feel which muscle groups you activate in the neck
